I wanted to get the treadmill workout of the week up!
On Monday night I did my “treadmill workout of the week” outside! I couldn’t help myself, it was 40 degrees out!
The winter can be a little challenging because you can start to feel cooped up. When there is an opportunity to run outside instead of on the treadmill I seize it! I’m not as daring as I once was, so I really try to only run outside if it is not icy or snowing and it is at least 35 degrees.
It turned out to be the perfect mama break! I wrote the exact workout I did, except for made it for the treadmill. Drew and I will do this workout when we want a quick and challenging workout. We’re lucky because we live on top of a .6 mile loop, which makes a perfect hill circuit workout.
