I love working out! I will be blogging about the different forms of exercise that I incorporate into my weekly routine.
CrazyLegs: A classic Madison 5 mile race. Even though I’ve lived in Madison for years, this is my first time running this event. I have a lot friends that are doing it too, making it even more fun. This is earlier in the year than I usually do races, so this will get me out the door and training hard early in the season. See the recap here.
Capitol View Triathlon: This will be my second triathlon. I loved the first and found training for all 3 events (swimming, biking, running) really rounded out my cardiovascular training routine. Excited to do it with a couple of my girlfriends that are making their way into town for this race. See the recap here.
MS 150: 150 mile bike ride to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis. I will be joining a great group that has been doing this event together for years, so I’m excited to join the team as a rookie! We will be biking from Pewaukee (my hometown) to Madison (area where I live now). See recap here.
Birthing a child: Due on May 26th. Thinking of this as an athletic event has really helped me! If I eat well + continue to workout, this should help!
