This one was a doozy, mentally hard to stick with! I know, I know…you are thinking “Amy, it is walking.”
I would say try it! 🙂
Someone asked me how many of these workouts you should do a week! I strongly believe that EVERYONE that can should strength train. I strength train 3-4x a week and do 2 days of cardio training. These workouts are not written as progressions, so you can do whichever one you choose! If one seems harder/more annoying to you, don’t avoid it…kill it!
As always, notch back the speed if you need to. Keep the inclines if you can.
Recommended Fit Mama Gear:
I shared more about WHY we went with this treadmill in this post. We love it! Drew is 6’0″ and has done full out sprints on it, so it is durable with a long enough belt.
I’m SO excited to use my fitness apps on this baby. This girl is excited to start running again, but I’m still giving my body time to recover and regain strength before I dip my toes in the running pool. Drew gifted me this watch after we had baby Trey. LOVE it and since I’m a winter newborn mama, it is helping to make sure I get some activity it.
Trey’s nursery is on our second level and our workout equipment is in the basement, so this is MUCH needed for me to get my workouts in during nap time. The Lollipop Camera has an app that you download to your phone and thus iWatch. You can see your baby in real time and the picture is super clear. I LOVE the crying detection. not only does the Lollipop detect decibels, it actually detects CRYING! It has NEVER been wrong. So my Apple Watch dings that Trey is crying loud…and he is. You can easily move the video monitor around the house (I did this ALL the time when he was little). Anyway, it is 10x better than the other baby monitor that we had and hated. We can EASILY recommend this to you!
Let me know if you have any questions at all!
