Today, I’m excited to bring you the 3rd treadmill walking workout! I did it yesterday and loved the challenge. The treadmill workout series is perfect for those of us that are in the thick of winter, it is zero degrees right now in Wisconsin….eek!
I also thought it would be fun to share my favorite Christmas gifts. Most of my gifts were fitness gear, which probably shocks you 😉
As always with these walking workouts, feel free to notch the SPEED down if you need to. The point of the workout is walking faster on the flats and then hitting the incline at a slightly slower but challenging pace. The variety is great to get your heart pumping and work that body.
My FAVORITE Christmas Gifts:
Women’s Flex Contact Running Shoe: OBSESSED with my new shoes! I typically wear really bright shoes, but needed a pair that were more versatile. These are very lightweight, which is a Amy necessity in training shoes.
Women’s Nike Free Connect : I wanted to link these again because I get a lot of questions about them! They are the ones that don’t have shoe strings, you just slip them on. Mine still fit like a glove after many, many wears. I love them SO much I have them in two colors.
YETI Rambler Waterbottle: I didn’t even know how much I wanted this 😉 I didn’t have this on my wish list, but I’m SO glad my sister-in-law took things into her own hands. I love that it can store both HOT and cold drinks, keeping them the right temperature. This will be perfect for work because I love to take my coffee on the road, but then want to drink water all day. Very high quality and I’m loving the seafoam color.
Lululemon Vinyasa Scarf: FINALLY! I’ve wanted this for SO long and I’m in love. I watched the video of the 7 different ways to wear it and I cannot wait to rock it all winter long.
