I wanted to get a fresh walking workout up for the week.
Whether walking or running, I LOVE to change things up on the treadmill. Two great benefits: it makes the time go FASTER and it gives you a better workout.
As I mentioned last time, notch back the speeds if you need to! I would try to keep the incline recommendations the same.
