Did ya’ll try that workout from last week? It was HARD, but I’ve loved heading to the treadmill with a plan. It really helps to push me AND keep me accountable.
This week I wanted to add incline into the mix. This workout gets progressively harder, which is great to challenge your mental resilience. I love that I get to change the settings on the treadmill every 5 minutes because it helps me change it up and stay mentally engaged.
You can adjust the paces to fit your running speed. As always, figure out the adjustment BEFORE the workout and then keep yourself accountable to it. Otherwise it is too easy to say, “I think I need to slow down a bit.”
