Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. Here in Madison, we just received our first big snowfall yesterday. Drew + I both had off so we took full advantage of a cozy day in together only leaving for a lunch date and grocery shopping. It looks gorgeous outside, and Drew is working from home today (shoveling the driveway took WAY longer than expected)…so, I’m very happy 🙂
Today I wanted to talk about bouncing back from the holiday indulgences and the AdvoCare All In Challenge. Although we still have New Year’s Eve/Day coming up, I’m sure most people are starting to feel bloated, heavier, and ready to get on a healthier track.

Here are my keys for bouncing back: MOVE, drink water, eat better + STOP eating crap. Seriously, step away from the cookies. Drew + I returned home on Sunday night. On Monday, we woke up and headed straight to the gym. I drank LOTS of water during the day and we started eating smaller portioned meals. I politely declined taking home more sugar cookies from Drew’s mom, because I love them so much and would help finish the rest. When I head back tomorrow I’m going to be well prepared with healthy meals and ready to say no to all snacks that are on that breakroom table.
