Hi friends! It’s been a while since I’ve done a post about AdvoCare and this one is inspired by lots of recent inquiries and purchases of the 24 Day Challenge. It seems like fall is the perfect time for people to take the Challenge and invest in healthier habits. 🙂
My AdvoCare journey started with the 24 Day Challenge. It was actually my sister that inspired me to join her in a quest to healthier eating. We both had weddings coming up and decided the Challenge would be a great way to get more discipline.
It worked! We both lost some extra weight (her 8 pounds, me 6), but more than that we felt great. I fell in love with Spark, Meal Replacement Shakes, and the Challenge as a whole. I signed up to be a distributor and the rest is history, I’m on AdvoCare products for life and have never felt better 🙂 I’ve had a lot of friends and family do the Challenge and get awesome results too.
Why do the 24 Day Challenge? There are PLENTY of reasons. I love telling people it’s the best way to try AdvoCare’s best products all at once. What does the 24 Day Challenge look like?
Have no fear, the cleanse phase is “gentle” and you get to eat. It is meant to rid your body of waste and get it optimally absorb nutrients.
Best of all the Challenge comes with an easy to follow Guide and there is even an app you can use to track your products and diet. It is easy to follow, you just need a little dose of discipline to get through it 😉
Options: One really awesome thing about the Challenge is that you get to make a lot of choices to tailor it to you! You get to choose your favorite flavor of Spark (my favorites are Mango Strawberry + Grape) , the Herbal Cleanse (my favorite is Peaches and Cream), and Meal Replacement Shakes (I love them all). The choice is also your for what Metabolic Nutrition System you want to order. From the AdvoCare website: “If you’re not sure which system to use, AdvoCare recommends beginning with MNS® 3, which provides you with a foundational level of appetite control and energy. For a higher level of appetite control you can choose MNS® C, and for more energy you can choose MNS® E”.
Dietary recommendation: Cut out: fried food, refined starches, dairy, alcohol, coffee, and soda. I think of it as not eating food that comes in wrappers! EAT: veggies, fruits, healthy fats, clean proteins (think salmon, chicken, tuna, eggs, + ground turkey), clean carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes, hummus, oatmeal). Honestly, I was drinking a TON of coffee and even some Diet Coke…after the Challenge I only have coffee on occasion and have replaced it with Spark.
