I love the Herbal Cleanse! It is a 10 day long program, that can be used to kick-start healthier eating habits or start a weight loss journey. The word “cleanse” scars some people. YES, you still get to eat. You will just be eating healthier and cutting out some of the junk that might be in your diet. It is structured and will help you stick to a healthier eating plan.
If you want to go all in, I would highly recommend the 24 Day Challenge. How I use it: I do a Herbal Cleanse every couple months. I really enjoy doing it when I want to kick it up a notch and clean out my diet (ex. before my honeymoon, Drew and I did one together). I have also done it as part of the 24 Day Challenge.
Preparation: Herbal Cleanse Tablet, ProBiotic Restore™ ULTRA, + Fiber Drink. The first two products are in a pill form, and the Fiber Drink needs to be blended with water. Some people don’t like the taste/texture of the Fiber Drink, but I do 🙂 Your Herbal Cleanse box with come with easy to follow instructions about when to take your products.

Flavors: Citrus or Peaches and Cream (Peaches and Cream is my favorite).
Dietary Recommendations: Cut out: fried food, refined starches, dairy, alcohol, coffee, and soda. I think of it as not eating food that comes in wrappers! EAT: veggies, fruits, healthy fats, clean proteins (think salmon, chicken, tuna, eggs, + ground turkey), clean carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes, hummus, oatmeal).
