I tried Meal Replacement Shakes with my first 24 day Challenge. Since then, they have been consistently stocked in our cabinet. First of all, they are absolutely delicious. My favorites are Chocolate Mocha and Berry (yum!).
How I use them: I am a breakfast lover. If I have the time I make eggs with avocado on a piece of wheat toast or steel-cut oatmeal with a scoop of natural peanut butter and berries. But, if I’m in a time crunch Meal Replacement Shakes are my go-to. I also use them as a snack!
Preparation: I just pour water and the packet into my individual Ninja cup and blend it up (you can also shake it or stir it)! You can also add fresh or frozen fruit in the mix if you want.
